Research Services:

When requesting information about early settlers, please state clearly your relatives' names and dates, if known. The first hour of research in our collection is free of charge except for a per copy and postage fee. For every hour thereafter or for research outside of our collection, we ask for $10 per hour plus the cost of copies, extra postage and parking fees. Send your request, your name, address and email contact, if available, along with a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope (SASE) to:

When sending an email request, please be sure to include your name and address because we will most likely respond via regular mail. Email requests also fall under the $10 per hour plus cost donation as stated above.

Queries:

BGS Members may submit free queries directed at any geographical area. Non-members may submit free queries with family connections to Colorado. We reserve the right to edit and/or reject material. Requests will be printed as space permits in the Quarterly.
